My family has been involved with World Karate for the last 20 years. My sisters did karate as children, I started both my son and daughter when they were 4. It really helped them to develop respect for themselves and others, discipline, responsibility, accountability, self protection and assertiveness at young ages. This is something they still possess that they will carry through life and I’m so grateful. My Mom and sister have also taken the adult kickboxing and loved it. I highly recommend this school, not only for self protection and staying active, but for so much more. Master Gregory and his staff are amazing. Alice is always so warm and informative, at the front desk. Do it, you won’t be disappointed!
